In actual fact the recruitment process is yours. We are here to make your life easier and you call the shots! Therefore, this process can be completely tailored to suit your needs and would be agreed following discussions with the client and the consultants at POD People.

The Briefing

Where possible, we will meet to discuss your requirements. For us to find the perfect candidate for your role, we will need a detailed technical specification, a personality profile, a cultural profile and an understanding of your corporate values and ethics.

We can advise you on salaries, remuneration packages, the local employment market and on our processes, which can be tailored to meet your specific needs. At this stage we will also agree terms and fees.
